Join our Krav Maga classes at the Oswestry Community Centre, every Tuesday. Our sessions welcome Beginners (15+) , focusing on self-defense techniques, weapon defense, and scenario-based training. Wear comfortable clothes and bring water—everything else is provided.

Every month we run a ‘Krav Maga Discovery session’ where you learn the 3 core principles of Krav Maga, develop 2 powerful strikes and learn how to apply them to 2 different self defence scenarios. Find out more

Classes are for age 15+. Children’s class are from age 8+, information on the junior classes can be found here.

Do I need to bring anything?

Just some water to keep you hydrated, we can provide all necessary gear.
